Not making a decision is a decision...it is a decision to do nothing. My first reaction was of disgust...anger...but I have always respected John Conyers. It has to be something quite ugly preventing Conyers from moving forward......Is the heavy hand of of the neocons... strangulating to death the entire house and senate....what do they have on them....
